MetalCast^® is a metal finish cast face with a gypsum composite backup. It is buffed to a lustrous sheen and has a soft glow that is akin to an antique or buffed, burnished cast metal. Although a premium product, it is usually more economical than conventional metal castings. The 1/4" (6mm) thick copper, brass, bronze, white metal, and nickel silver elements are custom manufactured into any intricate shape with precise detail.








Until recently, solid metal castings have not been widely used by the design community due to cost. MetalCast^® offers an affordable way to incorporate rich embellishments in interior applications. Traditional detailing of metal castings was based in large part on exposed fastenings and dry butt joints.
